CUCP Certifying Agencies
CUCP agencies include over 400 municipalities, counties, special districts, airports, transit agencies, and Caltrans. Below are the certifying agencies that process DBE and ACDBE applications.
Certifying vs Non-Certifying: A certifying agency performs DBE/ACDBE certification on behalf of the state. A non-certifying agency accepts all firms certified by a certifying member. Contact a certifying member for certification questions, and any CUCP participant for contract opportunities.
